KWerner Design Color Inspiration Challenge #7

I've been wanting to try these Color Inspiration Challenges on Kristina Werner's Blog for quite some time. This if my first attempt, since this is the first time I've had anywhere to put the card! The colors she chose this week are shown above the card: Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa, Soft Sky and Very Vanilla. I wanted to use Chipboard, since it is 25% off with a $35 purchase of Stampin' Up! products during May. You can also get a free Hobby Blade with the purchase of the Cutting Mat. These three items work together wonderfully!

I've been working on this for a while and didn't want to tell anyone about it until it was just right or at least getting close. Thanks to my wonderful and patient friend Teri, and my kids who have helped me with various elements, it is just about there. Let me know what you think!

I'll be keeping my Stampin' Up! website for the month of May and then discontinuing it after that. This blog will take the place of it after that time. I think this will give me more flexibility and will be easier for me and you to use. If you need to copy any of the samples from my SU! website, do it before then end of May! The catalogs and specials will still be available for you to view here.
